The point is not every barber is a chain barbershop that gives you "little boy" haircuts. There are some talented barbers that specialize in men's haircuts and facial hair. If you have long hair (like women typically do) then a salon is most likely your best choice. Paying extra money to a salon if you have regular length hair as a man is stupid though.

Its way easier to find a salon than a talented barber unless your in a big city and most salons usually give a decent haircut. The salon I go to is only 5 dollars more than the shit barber right by it.
