Short on sides, low fade almost skin if you want, long on top. The hitler youth was really long on top so you might want to put that out because they'll typically still try to give you a trim on top to blend into the sides.

I do a swoop over cut as shown but rarely do products make it stay like that without having dirty strands everywhere.
Uppercut comes close to doing it but it's still either too much product and looks too stiff, or not enough and strands.

Sleepy eyes, droopy eyelids, and head shape is round. Used to buzz it when I was 9 and a bit fatter and I looked like shit. I'm skinnier now but with glasses but I doubt I'll look good with the buzz.

I've dealt with dandruff since a teenager. Nothing I've used has helped it...Dandruff shampoos made it worse. I stopped putting anything in my hair that isn't water about 3 years ago, and while my looks and feels better than it ever has and my dandruff isn't nearly as bad as it used to be, I still noticeably have it. I found out that it's just a genetic thing and not caused by anything that I'm doing.

So, right now I just manage it by manually picking out noticeable flakes as part of my daily routine. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get rid of it completely without having to put anything in my hair itself? It's the only thing stopping me from having perfect hair at this point.

I'm currently working on just eating less. Today I've had a peanut butter sarnie and some crackers with cream cheese on. Walked a couple of miles too.

Mine used to do the same. Your hair may be dried out. I started using shampoo 1-2 times a week, conditioner each time I showered, and put a little bit of argon oil in my hair each morning (after I got it damp to style it). I stopped using any kind of gel or mousse, though I will use a little cream to tame down strays and fly-aways. Since then my hair is thicker, easier to style, shinier, and has a great wavy flow. Hope that helps.

it's really hard to say
first, your face isn't very readable, because you haven't lost all your weight yet. your face sort of bulges outwards, which I doubt is just due to your natural facial aesthetics, and I personally couldn't rec something until I can see what you actually look like
then, you also kind of need new glasses, which I realize you may be holding off on for the same reason, but you're going to want hair/glasses that go decently together
honestly, for now, I'd just say to stay in a sort of maintenance mode, keep it trimmed to a respectable length, and leave more harshly styling it til you've reached your target weight
you look like you have a decent hairline, so imo just leave the effort/care/money until you're in your best shape to appreciate/display it, same as you wouldn't buy a grail for the size you are now

'Preciate this a bunch, anon. This is great advice. I was looking for something to hold me over, but perhaps the best thing to hold over is to just keep it tamed back until I'm at a point where I'll feel and look comfortable experimenting with stuff.

The lack of shaving was at a friend's request. I'm still in the agreed-upon trial phase, so it's part of my "maintenance mode" for now, too, though it'll probably be shaved off soon enough, too. I do have a baby face right now, but that'll probably (hopefully) disappear with weight loss.
