yeah its not the planes about it for me. Its just like, oversized, and cut weird at the bottom and the sleeves, and just loks cool. Id be fine with a different pattern, just want that same look..

l.a. has a million vintage boutiques, and a million designer boutiques.

i'd lean towards vintage, but the mix of elements gives me pause. giant cuffs like that and longer shirt/blouses like that were late 60s and 70s things.

collar doesn't look overstated; if it had, we'd be able to place this in the 70s.

pattern/palette looks mid-late 80s (70s illustrated patterns generally weren't this cartoonish, and this palette (pale pink, yellow, teal) is very memphis), but cuffs like that had all but disappeared by then iirc. but it looks like there's some shoulderpads there. so i'm going with 80s.

OR a current designer is recycling these elements. i have no idea. haven't been cruising shops and staying on top of this shit.

tldr; etsy and ebay, unless you have quality vintage shops locally.
