it might get a scratch or two maybe but washing machines kind of just do a gentle roll anyway so it isnt going to like bash rocks against the inside and dent it or anything.

sort of nestle the rocks in the middle on the inside and wrap the jeans around the drum. put some dummy stuff in there like a few old towels just to keep the rocks from having too much room to bounce.
