Get new bedclothing, get white sheet, non-patterned pillow/bedsheet (Light colours/matching). Get a nicer thing to put your tv on, even FROSTA from Ikea would look better. Avoid black furnitures in general. Wall colour could be better, but a bit more effort. Don't showcase whatever that is (top of drawer). New chair.

Two of my favorite architects, George Suyama and Tom Kundig, are based in Seattle and it's no surprise that their architecture is heavily focused on integrating the house with the environment around it.

Both architects employ massive windows to maximize the scarce sunlight of PNW winters and both attempt to break down the barrier between interior and exterior.

Kundig specializes in massive pivoting windows, doors, and roofs along with accompanying monumental hardware. This allows the interior and exterior to physically become one.

Suyama uses carefully chosen materials and long rooms to lead the eye and body through the spaces toward the main views and garden spaes.

It looks like you took inspiration from all those minimal rooms posted in these threads but you don't have a good space to make it work. The carpet/tile or whatever is gross, the interior lighting sucks, there aren't enough windows, and baseboard heating is so bad (also a fire hazard).

Not hating on your choices but pointing out why the style you seem to be going for can't work with that room.

Tbh I picked most of this stuff before I even saw this apartment (housemate visited it beforehand). Yeah, the tile is total shit. Do you think I should add a carpet? Might be me but with small spaces I tend to go cozy with them. For me that means almost the opposite of minimal. Clutter but in a mindful way.

Think wood bookshelf, warm area rug, lamps instead of overhead lighting. At least switch out the overhead bulbs for full spectrum. Get a bed frame so your bed is closer to the window. You'll get more natural light and feel a lot better about waking up in the mornings. Put some art, personal photos, or interesting objects on the wall to break up the monotony.

If you wanna stick with the light colored stark whitish stuff, get a pale blue rug, light colored wood bed frame a la Ikea, a similar bedside table, and a nicer clothes rack that isn't all wonky and leaning to one side. You could even build one pretty cheap out of pipes.

I don't have much inspo, but rooms like pic related always make me wanna curl up and read a book in bed.

can cause mold if living conditions aren't good to begin with. If your room is clean and not damp you'll be fine. I've had my mattress in the floor for 2 years now. You could also put a towel or two under the mattress and change them regularly if you're still worried about moisture or whatever.
