Seriously, milsurp is cheap and easy to get a hold of. Don't waste extra money on a mass produced milspec design that just has some bullshit text on it.

Isn't the too big/disheveled/ill fit sort of part of the milsurp look? It basically fits nobody particularly well but fits enough to be mass produced for a fighting force.
