Okay, I figured out how weighting works now and realized when I was assigning partial weights it was assigning the other parts to the 0 index bone. Solved it by manually assigning the rest of the weights to the parent of whatever bone I was weighting.

Is there anyone here, who knows the steps to export an SFM model with the morphs included using Blender?

I'm using the Crowbar, to decompile the .mdl file into .smd [bones and mesh] and .vta [face flexes (morphs)] files.
If I export the .smd file ony, there is no problem, however, no morphs.
On the other hand, if I import the .vta too, and I try to export the .smd file together with the morphs, I'm getting errors, and I can't export it at all into a pmx file.
If I delete the morphs, I can export it again, so, I'm missing something with the morphs probably.
Tried looking around the net, but there are no tutorials about this.

That is the only one, which doesn't load. (Although all of them has some minor problems, sasuga DA models.)
Taking a look at the Pmx Info, I can see, that the IK hair bones (235,244,253,262,271,280,289,298,307) target is set to -1 (doesn't have a target wow).
It's preventing the model from loading. Select these bones, and turn off the IK on them, and save it.

Or you can look for similar straight haired models, and copy the IK settings for the hair (if they have them).

Oh well I got it figured out. It's exactly what it sounds like; the bone can *only* rotate around the vector specified in the box when you pose in MMD. I was getting confused b/c you can still rotate it any direction in PMX editor.

Does someone here has a idea of how to convert the .alp mocdes to.pmx, I managed to get some very cute Touhou models but they are in alp so I had to install the Love Death Final game in order to convert them, but I always have the problem in ODF and PMX that says Run time rror 9 Subscript out of range, I´m dying so if someone could help it would be nice.

I've had the same problems with the ALP2PMX converter on Windows 7 and 10.
After checking several forums, it seems, that the program runs only on a japanese system.

1.: Changing the locale is not enough. You have to set everything to japanese. (Didn't work for me)
- formats
- local
- Keyboards and Languages
- administrative
- Current Language for non-Unicode programs
2.: You can try locale emulators, maybe that works. (Didn't work for me)
3.: The other comments said, that it will only run on Windows XP using japanese only settings. (I didn't test it)
4.: Or install the japanese Windows. (I didn't test it)

I've gave up after 1 and 2. The other options are time consuming for a mere converter.
So if the first two doesn't work for you, and you have another testing purpose PC, you can try 3 and 4.

So, good luck.
Also, whatever happens, please report the results.
If it works, there is an ALP character database filled with models wating for to be converted.

I reinstalled the Love Death Final Game like 5 times (Yea no shit)

Ater that I put the ALP2PMX Folder on the same folder where the game was.

So after that and adding the mods of Touhou I tried with one of my fav (aka Reisen) the file name was 06-6 Reisen so I made a copy and named it Reisen, did the proces of Alp to tga Alp to odf and ODF to PMX and it worked.

After that I tried it on MMD and it appeared, but the model looked "weird" it seems that it had changed the eyes to green instead of red.

Tried with Patchy but this time it crashed in ALP to ODF after that I gave up.

I was using the locale emulator so hope that helps.

If anyone can try this and finds a way please help

My theory si that it must be some kind of trouble or failure in the ALP file thing is that it loads perfect in Tamutamusuru the poser and animator of the game.

I've solved my problem I think.
Last time, the game wasn't upated to 1.06, and the converter was not compatible with the game version probably...
First, the system:

-Win10
-Japanese and Chinese language pack installed.
-System is using Japanese locale settings.
-And when I use the game, I change the keyboard to Japanese Microsoft IME. (So I can save the custom characters in-game).
-Game upated to 1.06.
-ALP2PMX version is 1.06 (Folder in the game directory).
-I'm using the Ntleas locale emulator with japanese settings to run the ALP2PMX.

After saving my test character, I've dropped the .alp file into the converter and followed the steps here.:

The final .pmx file is working without any problems, 100% same, as the one I've created in たむたむす~る (Character creator).

However, when I've dropped a downloaded .alp character and started converting, I've got the same error as you probably. (Translated error message: Number of vertices doesn't match.)
After that, I've opened the downloaded character in たむたむす~る and saved it again with a different name, and the converting finished without problems. But it was different from the in-game model.
Missing textures, different breasts size etc...

My guess is, that the .alp file in the AllPack folder requires other files from the Save folders.
For example.: If I want to convert Megumin (from KonoSuba), but the the converter can't find the hair, it will crash.
^ Still haven't tested it, maybe worth a try.

I've looked through the code of the fx file at lines pointed out in errors (1212 and 1167) and... strangely it looks like it should work and yet it doesn't. I have no idea what to do next. I tried to cimcurvent the errors by just putting "return 0" or similar thing with float4 vector right at the start of the code block... but at best MMD just freezes and displays a huge error which I suppose just boils down to stack overflow.
