I mean, yes is hard to generalize a fetish but there is like 2 or 3 kind of mind set for each fetish.

For example, big breasts, I can expline you why I like it: visually is appealing to me because I like curves and rounded shapes, this is why I also like wide hips, or even clothes that accentuate the bodyparts (this also looks better with big boobs).

Then we can go with the touch, I like my hand filled wen I grab any part, legs, ass, and in this case boobs.

Actually, yes I can. It's all got to do with our evolution. Men are "hardwired" to be attracted to certain physical traits of women because those traits are ideal for raising a child. We evolved that way because it was beneficial to the species.
For example, large breasts make it easier for the baby to suck on them, and can also hold more milk, so we evolved to be attracted to it because they can better support raise your child.

The fact that you're attracted to flat chests means that you're just a bad mutation that should be eliminated for the better of our species.

Both things are false. Since the difference in breast size is 100% due to fat, they are functionally not better, and in fact many women with large breasts have difficulties breast feeding. Large breasts do not have more or bigger mammary glands.

Large breasts are not in any way beneficial to the species, in fact they are provably bad for the mother's health. Back problems, breast cancer, and so on.
