while i don't have the game itself and only have tso2pmd in my pc since the pmx version doesnt work for me, i finally understand that i can modify the proportion files using the notepad: depending being "move" or "scale" i can use possitive/negative numbers or fractional numbers respectively. after that i save it as a new file. something to not forget is that the name of the filename needs to match with the assigned name that is inside the file, or else tso2pmd will not open.

It was a shitty move, somehow they decided that MMD falls into the "let's play videos" bucket, which they kicked out at that time. The good thing that came out of it was that Trollvids (now Iwara) was born because of this.

I don't know which ones those are. I think I downloaded them from the source (his fc2 blog + anonfiles, then trollvids). Maybe vimeo was also the source at some point, but I don't remember. I probably have the videos on vimeo, but I probably didn't download them from there, or replaced them with videos from mirrors, because I hadn't known whether and how much vimeo compresses videos, which I dislike.

Because I sort stuff by creator and where I downloaded them, but probably didn't actually download from vimeo, I don't know which ones you want me to upload.

Here's a folder that has videos that might be the ones he uploaded to vimeo. Then again, my note says that they have "small changes" (probably stuff like breast size), which is why they might not be totally the same, but updated versions. Tell me, if there's stuff you want missing, because I have 4 more folders and some scattered files with Bobbeebs stuff I could gather.

I also uploaded two versions of the same video you uploaded just now, but one actually looks very different ("small changes": softer colours) and both are smaller than yours, which suggests to me that I might have compressed versions, not source versions, in which case they might be from vimeo, not the blog. I can't remember his account's name and looking up my browser history is useless because links to his videos redirect to the main page. Nah, they were okay. Even TSO2PMX converts those heavy saves correctly, that were dl'd from the archive.
But I think, that at some point 4chan probably got an update, to block pictures from uploading with embedded data in them.
It was probably the proportion files, I've only seen them on mediafire links.

When I assign a shader and enable effect the model in the preview window goes to default position and I can no longer preview or render the motion, it just shows the still model with the effect applied. I can see the bones move and disabling the effect shows the model in motion again without the effect. Non assigned post effects have no issues. What do?

i'm a bit wary of doing anything on these models since it fucking uses group morphs: if you erase a material and a morph related to it the thing gets fucked easily, you will have to be really careful, moving the materials to the end of the list, as well as the morphs AND THEN erase them is the best way to go, but it can be tiring.
the menace model also uses group morphs for facials and cloth removal, and erasing her cloth mesh can screw really bad the former

I'm probably over 1 TB, but they're spread between 2 internal HDs and 2 external HDs, so I don't have a firm count atm. For faster loads, I just move them into different sub-folders usually with somewhere between 10 MB to 50 MB in a folder. It doesn't completely solve the slow loading issue, but it helps.

so you can use negative numbers for the morphs, and in pmxeditor, in the transform view you can store momentarily the morphed vertex via the "add archive the shape of the current" option from the file tab, and then import it in the window for morph creation via "selection from the archive" in the archive management of the edit tab and select the latest edit.
mixing negative numbers and positive numbers, it's possible to make more morphs this way, and then save them as a vertex morph instead of a group one, the same for the bone morphs
pretty nice.
