I can see the problem. The 首 neck bone isn't attached to the upper body. The parent is currently 0 全ての親, which is the main bone you use to reposition the entire model. Change the parent to the number of 上半身2 or upper body 2.

I think the error with the red text is happening because the head bones are lower numbers than the body bones. MMD models don't like it when the parent bone is lower on the list.

Thanks. I figured out the alpha hiding but then I had another problem with the texture for the internals of the vagina despite all parts alpha set to 1. The original png texture for the internals had the private areas turned transparent yet in the pmx texture viewer, nothing was transparent in the texture.

I'm not sure if there is another setting I have to change to fix this by default but as a work around I screen capped the nontransparent texture, prepared it to replicate the pixel proportions of the original texture, and changed the texture of all the vag parts to the nontransparent version. In the end it worked out and she now has a visible vagina.

Whoever originally prepared this R-18 version of the model didn't make it easy to use right out of the box unlike the r-18 collection of models found on the pastebin where all you might have to do is delete a few cloth masks for the nude version.

A bigger concern for me is the potential loss of anonymity. If you earn enough, you are required to report patreon income in your tax filing. By itself, that's not a problem, but it could become one if you happen to get audited. Considering that some people have faced child porn charges for merely possessing hentai or loli art, it's conceivable that IRS agents checking a patreon account might get concerned over what they find, alert authorities and ultimately lead to charges for producing and distributing porn. That's a headache I don't need.

The short answer is that they can usually slap you with obscenity charges if they really don't like you, but artwork can never be considered illegal under any circumstance, except as an "obscene material", if a judge believes what you are viewing is "obscene" because American obscenity laws are pretty absurdly fucked up.

This is all of course from my limited understanding of the law, and in no way, shape, or form should be used as actual legal advice.

The 18+ flag is generally manually set by either the creator, or someone at youtube deeming it inappropriate.

i remember stumbling upon that place months ago, it seems that the mod for the body is long gone, and what's left are the teeth mods, i already got those two zip files from his getuploader.
still, looking at the readme from those two mods, it credits two other mods so probably the maron body was made by mixing two other mods, which i think i managed to find in the big ass catalogue that /jp/ made time ago, it's in the pastebins.
in any case if you wanted that body you needed to use tso2pmx/pmd, and manipulate the body's proportions the best you can to recreate it

turns out, maronya also uploaded some mods in the jap database, i downloaded some that used maron in the filename, and in their readmes they have a link to his page
sadly the lastest version dates back to 2010, but it's something.
the mod is XPC 01946 and it was in its 4.01 version
and a "s" version that also dates back to 2010
XPC 02443 and this one was in 0.91 version

now from there on, it's up to you in deforming the proportions of the bodies to your hearts content, use the proportion collection from the /jp/ pastebin to get more results

yep, to do that you need first some proportion files that does that work, tso2pmx already has some included, but you can expand your options even more with the proportion collection that an anon uploaded in the /jp/ pastebin, you can also create your own if you have other tools, even certain mod sets have some of those aswell, some mods are just proportion files too.
once you're done and you export it you will have to perform a headswap with one of torahaze's models if you want a similar model to the video you posted.

i reccomend you to make a backup of the exported model and then play with the copy on the editor so you can learn how to use it properly.

modeling, rigging, and applying physics can be take time, especially the modeling, which depends on the skill of the modeler to make it not look like shit; importing a 3dcg model to mmd is faster since tso2pmd and tso2pmx has already a bone structure and physics included and all you need to do is apply the proportion files, also the making the girl in 3dcg part can be actually skipped if you load the tso file instead of a hardsave though, since the tso file is the base of all hardsaves, because it contains the model data: it can be the hair, or the face or the entire body, which you can manipulate with the proportion files that you have put in the tso2pmd folders
for this case we only need the body, so the tso file is enough

The mmd model is one of Kisume from Touhou Project and its the only model of Kisume avaible. But i can't still understand the clues, i tried using romaji plus the character title...
