depends on the boobs, fat nipples should be on fat boobs. tiny nipples look best on small breasts. The same logic applies to areolas.

I like both but i prefer big ones on huge breasts

Large inverted nipples on wide areolae on small breasts.
I don't understand why I prefer that but I generally like anything.
