I read the manga a while ago. It was a nice series. I normally don't like sol stuff but it was really sweet in a weird way.

I guess Nana to Karou is kind of similar in that involves a boy and a girl dating (sort of) in secret. It's about S&M but it's actually not as over-the-top kinky as you would expect.

It has a similar feel in the sense that it's just about a boy and girl developing their relationship without the typical stupid shenanigans that anime/manga romance often has.

If that's what you're looking for, then maybe Yosuga no Sora would be your cup of tea. It's based on a VN so it has kind of a non linear story to cover different "routes". Compared to other anime about relationships there is an actual sex, which is important for said relations, and not just some unjustified plotwise fan service. So it was kind of refreshing for me to see normal girls and not some untouchable pristine stereotypes doing stuff with a typical guy which was not labeled a pervert for no reason. But other than that it's still what you'd expect from an anime.
