He's posting the same set of raws I have, so he probably did not scan it himself (I'd love to be proven wrong though, there are two chapters (including the one he's posting now) that have skewed proportions, and volumes 4 and 5 could have better quality. Volume 5 has one version with the skewed proportions and one lower-quality version).
OP, you mentioned this chapter was hard to find, and I know that there's another chapter in volume 4 that equally hard to find. Do you have that one or do you want me to upload it somewhere for you?

There were several chapters that were never scanned because they ran in a different magazine. The only scans made are pretty recently done via extracting an ebook version, and that means they have skewed proportions and fuckhuge sizes. The only way to get a better source at this point is to either finda better way to extract the images, or find the old magazines on eBay/Yahoo auctions or something and scan them yourself.
