I don't know if you can just copy it a hundred times with one button or something like that, but you can use the range-sel to select all of those frames, copy paste them, then select all 60, copy paste them, select all 120, copy paste them, etc. You need to do it a total of 7 times to get to 3000, but it shouldn't be too much work.

There really isn't enough GENTLEMAN mmds made. The motion is really hot, with the single one on vimeo being the best imo. I'm thinking of downloading MMD just so I could use the motion on different models or re-make the vimeo one to 60fps. How much editing does it usually take to get a model of different proportions to move nicely with a certain motion? I've never used MMD and I'm wondering how complicated it is to use already existing motions.

How do you export a model from Blender with mmd tools?

Unless I'm missing something, I'm not given the option to export to any format that MMD can use.

The only reason I want to use Blender is because creating morphs is so much easier. In Blender you can just grab the faces/vertices and move them. Having to meticulously select every goddamn tiny point in pmxeditor is bullshit.

Not worse, but stagnating maybe. I think it has to do with animation quality due to engine limits, because I felt the same thing (personally, a sense of stagnation) with Skyrim modding - you can make that game look really pretty by combining all sorts 4K textures and ENBs (custom shaders) up the ass, and it is good for screenshots and stills, but as soon as anything moves in-game (animations) everything gets thrown off and falls apart and I just wanna Alt-F4 out, because modded graphics have far exceeded the animations, which are much harder to mod because the engine had to run on PS3 hardware. Graphics and animations not moving in tandem leads to uncanny valley.

Sadly, I think only a major technical overhaul of MMD or it going commercial like Vocaloid for the next major release (MMD 10 or MMDX) would revitalize the scene. It would help if people in Japan got off their potato toaster craptops and got some real desktop computer and graphics hardware. Maybe VR will force a wave of upgrades but I doubt it. An overhaul might break everyone's models so people would get mad. It's hard to move on sometimes.

MMM is pretty demanding if you tinker with the physic.
Problem is not only japan but the western community doesn't want to touch it because its too complex compare to MMD, also people won't bother much with MMM because Blender can do the same job but better.

So basically in term of complexity Blender > MMM > MMD
In term of easiest software to make MMD motion MMD > MMM > Blender.

That's why many model maker make their model in Blender but render their video in MMD.
