It works but I wouldn't say "just right". As others have mentioned it is glitchy and needs a lot of editing if whatever you are recording has even moderately face speed motion. Also I've noticed that Kinect w/ MMD can't track arms if they go behind you, so you can't really turn to the side or anything. yes it is best used with MMM I have tried both.

Did you check PMX's Info Log ? ( File > PMX Info ) and see Errors there in regards of the model.

Off the top of my head, I know 2 reasons why a model wouldn't load in MMD:
1. The model has too many vertices. The shorts don't particularly look like they have too many, so maybe there are extra unused vertices on the model that need to be deleted. If this is the case, they can only be deleted under the Vertices tab in PMXEditor. You'd have to identify and delete each vertex one by one (unless they all just so happen to be in one big group, then you can just wipe them all at once).
2. A joint isn't attached to a set of 2 physic bodies. Did you delete any bodies in the process of editing the model? You may have to check back and see if all of the joints are connected to physics and/or delete any unused joints.

pick up either JJ's (or was it bobbeebs?) nude len or kaito, cut their dicks and balls on pmx edior and stamp it on teh shota, resize it to your heart's (and lust) content via one of the included plugins (the one with a "(S)" is for resizing).
now for a shota body...that's up to you.
you could resize that len's entire body (except his head of course) and headswap it, you could try to find a flat chested/loli model that looks androgenous enough for that as well

his guys while i was wandering in vpvpwiki, i found a pack of models that, once inspecting in pmx editor, have full bodies

but they have a certain thing, the chest and some other parts are ... "inversed, as in they look like that the the only way to see that material is ticking "double sided" in pmxeditor, but the shading makes it look weird, and if i enable the edges on said material, they got even uglier.
i want to know if there's a tool/plugin/option in pmx editor that would let me fiddle with the vertex so i can "turn it to normal". or is it only posible with modeling programs like blender
i asking because i'm actually curious in how one can solve this kind problem, in the case i found other models with this kind of situation again.

You can try TMOProportion but it's a PIA. It's packed with TSOView. It allows you to edit the proportions but trying to set it up and get it to look the way you want is a major hassle since it wants you to make your own sliders for it. .

How can I easily change a body texture?
That guy, Sketchy, made a few models with panties, but for some reason he made the texture on a way that make them look like they're wearing shorts.

It depends on how detailed you want it to be. It's as easy as just editing the texture if you're not concerned with detail. But if you have an actual model of pasties you're trying to add, then it's the same process as adding clothes to a model.

Same as I told the guy above. It can be as easy as just editing the texture. You may not even have to edit the texture itself. The shorts area could use the same UV map that the rest of the body does. If it does all you would have to do is point it to the same (skin) texture the rest of the body uses.

After you install the plug-in for PMXeditor, what you want to do is isolate the body and then completely select it. Then go into the plug in and save the CSV file. Once it's saved. Completely isolate the the clothing from everything else and completely select it. Then load the CSV. Make sure you have a backup before you save then save your model. Done.

Use the masks to isolate just the body like I have in the picture. Then select it. I'm not sure if selecting the faces is relevant but it doesn't hurt to select them too. Then you save the csv which is the weight data from the body itself. Then you do the same thing for the clothing and when you load the csv it transfers the weight data to it.

This 'syouzyo' or whatever word is pretty much a janglish word for 'shoujo'. It's so common that you can't find the exact same pmx model. Same if you search for '少女A'.
You can get it for free if.:
1.: Someone shares the model.
2.: Gives the dl location.
3.: Checking all the ~964.000+ search results.

hi guys i have another question about the pmxeditor, it's about making morphs, especifically vertex morphs and material morphs.
i already know how to save and edit them, and i see that you have to move the vertex on your own, ala super mario 64's title screen, is just that i want to know if there's a way to "mirror" it. for example, making a smile morph, i worked in just one side of the mouth, and i want to move work on the other side, but doing it by hand would make the results not as exactly as the one i already worked. is there an option in the morph edit window for that?.
and regarding the material morphs, how can i make appear a "hidden" mesh? i tried to do it but each time i did it it makes it appear but without its texture.
i'm using pmdeditor 0139 btw, since i can't run modern versions on my pc

Is there any method, mod, or effect that allows transparency to work on 2 objects in reverse draw order?

If not, and even if, is there a way to make clothes and other stuff actually fuckin' vanish completely? Making them transparent or moving them away both have pretty big flaws. And obviously I don't want to make 2 models and switch them during an animation.

Goto your accessories, find the ambient light controller and soft shadow. Change their axis and it will greatly impact the lighting and shading in your scene.

Know that this affects different models in very different ways so play with it to your liking.
