Well I didn't make them exact and I don't think they were that tall on the series. As for why they're naked I'm having trouble with the costume part. If they had leotards in the game I wouldn't be having that much of an issue.

There's no button that does it. But you can layer skin-colored pieces on top of a character to give that illusion. Import that pastebin I posted to deconstruct it.

How it works is rather genius. When you manipulate the code enough, you can compress the character's body into the upper torso. Then you make the head extremely large, it will be so big that it eclipses the rest of the body. Of course the head will be super huge, but if you tick the checkbox to make the character tiny, it brings it down to seemingly normal size. The end result is a disembodied head.

If you want to study it, here's the step by step process plus the code segment which turns selected character into a bodyless head. Hope you make something good out of this knowledge.
