So, I'm thinking of trying to make my own keychain tool, just for funsies, and also because the pocket tool industry tries way too hard to make tools with 900 functions.
I designed pic related to occasionally tighten screws, and open bottles, which is all I ever want a pocket tool to do. For all other cases, I go fetch a real tool.
Has anyone else done this? What tool can I use to hack this out of an old sawblade?

Angle grinder or dremel.
I could think of a few other ways, but, if you have to ask, you're almost certainly not going to have any other means to cut through steel that hard.

My expectation was that I'd have to use something abrasive. I wish I had access to a CNC plasma cutter or an EDM machine :(
I guess I was wondering if there was something like a jewler's saw with an abrasive blade for the fiddly little bits.
Make it Vibrate and it can function as a Sex toy as'well. Each individual piece can double as its sexual counterpart. e.g. Bottle opener, Clit Opener. Just wrap and fap.
OP, I'd suggest make sure the screw driver could function to puncture tape on boxes, too. Sometimes they are too rounded...
And could you make it work as a brass knuckley kind of shape?

Perhaps also having a flashlight as well, and tiny pliers, and a fold out spoon? Maybe an abrasive side that acts as a file?

Although I enjoy your jab, I think the abrasive part would work out well.
It looks like a screaming rabbit, op.

See the filename for my interpretation of what it looks like.
