Hey /diy.
Got Arduino Uno and TFT shield. Got a SD cardreader and got 2x iPhones (4 and 4S)
Both are totally functional except for the battery on the 4S, it also has it's glass front shattered (LCD is ok).
The 4's Power button is broken, the rest of it is fine and I have started cannibalizing it as you can see in pic related.
Have breadboard and cables for testing etc. Have LEDs and a few sensors knocking about too.
It is my intention to mod by bicycle and am thinking sound, lights (safety as well as for coolness). Retractable cable ports to plug in peripherals and I would like to have all the components "built into" the body of the bicycle (handlebars, frame etc).
Not sure what to do, if anything, with the display? Ideas, suggestions, tips, encouragement and flaming all welcome.

Any constructive contributions out there?
This is /diy isn't it?
The SD reader I cannibalized of an Epson Inkjet printer
Bumping with stock image of a rear iPhone 4S camera as I was wondering if it might be possible to use it as part of a Black Box system, installed right in the centre of the handlebars, recording the front-view of my journey onto SD card.
Useful as evidence in case of accident or just for fun.
Good idea? Bad idea? Is it even possible without Data Sheet for the actual hardware?
