Well, it is panel mount. The bottom ring with all the teeth on it is the one that you screw on to mount it with.

pull the white bit out further and then the top round bit comes off?

its identically same size as the top ring that doenst come off.. I dont understand how I can screw it to the panel that way. I have other that is like this and its 100% clear how to install it because everythign comes apart :)

Ohh I see, I got the white clip off now after pullin really hard (It didnt break tho) what should I do now? Pull or screw the top part to take it off?

if you can take the contactors at the bottom of you will see whats going on inside
