Fairly easy if you know how to do basic measuring and have basic tool knowledge. you need to know what type of panel you want, and will it be screwed into a baton that's attached to the floor or will it just be cut slightly bigger so it get's wedged in place.

it's better to take your newly bought panel up to the bathroom and just put it in place and it should be fairly obvious what you need to do as in measuring the gap, marking it on the panel then cutting. it's not likely going to be a perfect fit so you'll likely have to cut it down with a jigsaw. if your old bath panel fitted perfectly you could use it as a template to take measurements from and transfer it to your new panel.
