So about a week ago my brother and I were fighting and my brother decided to go full tard rage and threw a tub of premixed refractory cement on my floor which broke at the bottom and left a blob on the floor, it has dried and I need to clean it up.
How do I get this shit off?
Also cleaning general I guess

Didn't have instructions for cleaning, it air dries the cures via heat, will take boiling water and soap and see if that helps

use gloves, that stuff is not nice to bare skin.
i used a different brand and it's got a fairly high concentration of sodium hydroxide

is it dry already? break it up with gloves as best you can and vacuum it up. then try the water to get the rest out

The binder in refractory cement that gives it green strength is USUALLY sodium silicate. It's soluble in water.
If that don't work, I've got nothin'.

Lump hammer and a cold chisel.
Wear goggles.
If its started to set then don't add water, just makes it harder. Too much water only fucks concrete before its set because it dilutes it. Once its hard it will drink that water for strength.

Break it up the best you can use a knife cut the fibers that are attached either way ur fucked

Sheiiit, that stuffs basically a permanent fixture when it dries.
Smashing your brothers face into it a few time might loosen some of it up, but I think you might have to live with it

Also you could get a carpet repair like have some one cut out some carpet in a closet and set it in their just make sure they know what they are doing.
Google backset.
