Don't know if gardening is really relevant to this board but it seemed most fitting so I thought I'd ask
My girlfriend really likes pic-related roses, and I wanted to try growing a bush of them but I can't seem to find a name, let alone any seeds or bulbs for them. Is this a cross between two flowers, is it a specific breed? Any help is appreciated

That's a somewhat common color pattern shared with a few cultivars.
Roses are not like most plants- when you cross two types, the offspring is generally unlike either parent.
Look at:
>Peace
>Love&Peace
>Kordes Perfecta
"Kordes" is actually an award/title from a German horticultural society, if a rose has passed that certification its usually included in the retail name because its quite prestigious.

They had some of these at a local Lowe's last season, here's a picture of the tag. Gf wanted one but they got bought up too fast.

Cherry Parfait is the trade name.
MEIsponge is the name it was patented under.
This is common because if its patented with the trade name, the patent only last 20 years and then anybody can sell it.
Although anybody can sell it after 20 years, they can't call it cherry parfait because that has been copyrighted and doesn't expire.
Its a gamble at home improvement stores, they don't get the same plants every year. This year was a shitty season, although I haven't gotten a reason for it but all the vendors I've talked to said they only received 1/4 of what they ordered.
You can order that rose online.
All "named" roses are basically clones- they all grew from a cutting from a single specimen.
A seed from cherry parfait will not grow into a cherry parfait.
Most seeds turn into very boring plants with 5 petal flowers.
I highly suggest Helmut Schmidts. They grow nicely and are beautiful and smell like bananas and are amazing.

The /an/ plant general is better for flowers.
