is this an exploded capacitor? I'm familiar with exploded bigger ones, but im not sure about these tiny ones.
The circuit is from a crappy multimeter that has being given me fluctuating readings in a while.

Tantalum bead capacitor. Very stable and reliable.

Im not sure if by that you mean the capacitor is ok or if it's dead but the "explosion" didn't get through the cover.
