This is a BOSE QC25 and basically my ear cushions are beyond fucked. Getting new ones would cost me min 70$, is there a /diy/ way of fixing that ?

Send them back to their headquarters in framingham ma, Bose mountain and they'll fix them for you, they're good like that.
