Any idea how to get this out my go karts gas tank. It's supposed to stop gas from sloshing around, but I've read it can disintegrate and clog the carb jets which has been happening frequently.

You should add an inline fuel filter. Idk how big the tank is but if its bigger than a book may not be worth cracking it nopen to take the foam out

Use a metal prep like marine clean and marine metal prep the Red Kote or Por 25 tank sealant and it won't rust
