Hey all,
I'm beating myself in the head trying to do this little project of mine.
In the image I have a Nautique G23 because its a boat that's similar to what I am making this for. Above there is a black tube on a plate that accumulative weighs 50lbs.

*Challenge*
How would you mount this tube to the tower?

*Rules*
1. You can't mount to the top only the sides of the tower and can't touch the top.
2. Need to be able to handles boat movements. ie, starting, stoping turns, waves, etc
3.You can't damage the boat.
