I want my company to replace this awful heavy metal bin that I have to haul around every day at work. They won't replace it unless it breaks, but I don't have any opportunity to break it myself because there are always other workers around. If I can make at least one wheel inoperative they will have to replace the bin with a new one. The new bins are made of plastic and much lighter for me to push around.

best part is it will look like you're just trying to get the wheel to spin & are cleaning it

get some jb weld from your local hardware store... the compound will take 2 minuets to be prepped and well molded together then shove some in the ball bearing I guess.. however the compound only likes to stick to metal... you can figure it out though with some creativity...

Stick a screw into the wheel radially. It will look like it picked it up while rolling (which tends to happen).
