It's my first "large" carpentry project. All I did was small sculptures. I was thinking of shit like the japanese joints. But I don't know any of them so maybe someone here can give me pointers.

sounds somewhat unreasonable to expect an autism-filled image board to teach someone how to become a master japanese joinery expert, since such instruction requires an actual expert, and 1000's of hours of hands-on training.

God speed op. The easiest way is a Craig jig imo, but joints look better.

they make steel hangers specifically for these bed joints. you'd be a fool to use anything otherwise, especially if you're not a virgin

mortise & tenon would be way easier. Make the mortise all the way through and make the tenons long so they extend out the other side. Drill hole through protruding tenons and drive a wedge in the hole to secure in place. That's probably the easiest way to do this without glue or fasteners.

because I'm graduating in electric engineering and I have right to be autistic with stuff. Also i like joints.
And my dad studies old houses and the colonial houses from the 1880s here used no nails or glue and I got interested.
And It'll be easier to disassemble.

Yes. Go to Paul Sellers channel on youtube to learn how to do mortise & tenon with a hand saw and chisel.

Not OP but how would I'd go to making a glue-less, screw-less, nail-less table ? I've already done a couple with old doors, 2x4s and plywood. I can make a frame only with joints but how would I go to attach a tabletop to the frame ?

You don't. This is one thing you always want to use screws for. Sure you can tenon the top to the base, but it will just crack and come lose as the humidity changes from summer to winter.

Look up Japanese Joinery.
They've been doing it for thousands of years (and are still doing it, though mostly as masturbation) because they never managed to develop glue. Expect your table to come out a lot THICCer than a table made with nails and screws.
