>good the model number with the word "manual" first. you may get a parts diagram that way.
>google search the part number if you have the old part. no fucking duh.

OP's is a 16 amp, 250V microswitch. Be careful about that 'same shape and size' criteria. That said, microswitches come in several standard sizes, so finding one to physically fit shouldn't be a problem.
