Organic solar are thin and flexible but not a good choice because of there low efficiency. Typically less than 8%. Instead look at good multi junction cells, these can approach 40% efficient. About 5x more performance than your organic solar.
Organics also have a limited life span.
Even with nasa grade solar cells it's going to be hella hard to get something that can remain aloft on solar alone.
