Deoxit is too expensive in Bongland.
Also cannot seem to find another contact cleaner that has remove oxide actions like Deoxit. All the ones I checked only contained some solvents or alcohol but nothing that actually removes oxide.
Upon some googling it seems that some people have recreated a contact cleaner solution that performs similar to Deoxit by mixing oleic acid into some solvent in a 1 in 20 ratio (5%).
Just wanted to check here if anyone has attempted the same formula and what is your opinion on it, or if there is any affordable and good contact cleaner I can get in Bongland anyone can recommend?
Thanks.

You could just clean the contacts mechanically.
Maplin have a good contact cleaner for 5 squids.

I could but that might not be good for intricate stuff like pcbs

They don't claim to remove oxidation (like all the others) so that is why I am trying to find something similar to Deoxit which claims to remove oxidation
I also found another local brand "Comma" which says it removes oxidation but their msds (The Russian one has the full list of ingredients) doesn't contain any compound for this purpose other than the usual solvents and alcohol so it wouldn't actually remove oxide

Did you look at the MSDS for Deoxit? It's 40-70% petroleum naphtha, then 10-30% propellant, and then only 3-7% of it is their secret sauce.

Yeah their secret sauce is what I am trying to investigate
Interestingly looking at this sheet http://store.caig.com/app/site/media/sitemedia.nl/id.808/.f it seems to imply the secret sauce is probably mineral oil, curious how it can remove oxide.

>remove oxide action
this is actually a marketing meme
the shit's just IPA and 30wt mineral oil, with butane as a propellant now that they've banned CFCs.
rule of thumb: a chemical deoxidiser worth a damn would need to be hosed down with neutraliser after doing it's thing, then the whole board would have to be washed off again and dried, then sealed or replated.
