This is a good bet. AvE amd EEVblog will teach you a lot.

Another post mentioned electroBOOM. That channel is good for a cheap laugh and there are some nuggets in there -particularly related to interesting parts from scrap. It getss old fast and the guy is playing chicken with death in exchange for views.
