So I got these two big doors on my garage which have been shedding the original paint from years back little by little. I want to paint them again this summer.
My question is, what would be the least laborous / easiest way to get all this old paint off the doors? Some of it just falls off if you scrape it but some is still stuck on well. I was thinking of using an electronic sander but I only got a small handheld one, any other ideas?

this, but be careful that you don't carve a lot of circles in the wood. if that leaves some stubborn paint then that paint is probably ok to prime and paint over, but you might want to use Zinnser PeelStop primer if you have concerns.

You'll find the best distance to blast it from eventually. Just make sure you let it dry properly before applying anything
