Looking for easy but worth while upgrades to do to my new condo. heres what I've done so far.
Upgrade bathroom lights.
Change mismatched handles to matching knobs.
changed light switches to rocker switches

How do you live with the fact that you dont have a workshop or lawn?

UPDATE, I got a samsung SS microwave and installed it. No vent though... just blows into the bottom of the cabinets.

I have a garage that is my workshop, the no lawn part really gets me, but next year I'll rent this out, and get a house of my own.

Make sure you get something with a fireplace, and in a white or mostly white neighbourhood. Im still living in my first and only home (am 32 now) and I dont plan on moving any time soon. Dont think you have to move every couple years.

plus my goal is to buy a house every year and rent out another one. Hoping to have 3 condos by the time i'm 30. currently 27.
