Something similar to this but with a hole for fishing line eother on the end or a groove through ot for 10 guage solid copper wire to lay.

Pour lead, pull copper wire, hole through it for line.

Many different molds required in the future i hope. I have made contact with a couple of people bit it has been over a week with no reply and no company will take me seriously.

Copper is likely to bond to the lead unless you've tested with different results. It's also not very strong. If copper fails, try stainless steel aircraft safety wire (which is wonderful to have around the shop anyway). About 15 bucks/roll on Ebay. I keep various diameters around the shop.

Thanks for the input anon. I have used copper tho. You wipe it on an oil rag and then cast and pull out almost immediatly. The temps in the coper and mold make the sinker solidify enough to yank the wire out pretty easy.

They sell kits with a T handled wire similar to this.

My buddy runs a lower tech machine shop and we have discussed drillibg water jackets in my fibalized mold.

So i have no idea wtf the finale results will be. So long as i can buy lead at $2.50 a pound to my door and crank out dick sinkers at a descent profit i honestly dont even care
