This is the only acceptable answer. Only a complete cuck fixes shit in an apartment.

>letting the landlord in your home so he can see your anime alter and cum-filled milk jugs

I use to fix my own shit last time I lived in a apartment. Didn't need people coming into my place, plus I knew the maintenance people there were retarded.

Im no so cucked as to bring a plumber into my house for a 2 minute job. Plus my gf has a cat which isnt strictly allowed, so i don wan no trabble.

I can name more than a few mate but sling a few durries to the coons and you got no problems
>>1201413
It's a PurePro brand faucet. There is no 'washer'. It uses a sealed Delrin cartridge. If it's leaking, you need a new cartridge.

Oh, the logo is slightly different. it's still a sealed cartridge faucet.

Meh not true. I fix shit that are less than $50, like a tap aerator or shower hose. Was going to wire a cat5 cable thru the apartment, but PLC does the job.

I fix easy and cheap shit cause I'm not stupid nor poor, and to me time is more important than the fact that's not my home. I'll be more stressed and lose more time by complaining and all the shit after than just fix whatever I need to.
Plus this is the third year I'm in the same home, I'm getting used to it and I consider it mine at this point, even if it isn't, I could stay here another 2 years so considering to wire for ethernet, even if it's small so a single wifi ap is enough
