i was opening a motorcycle crankcase to get some parts and thought i had gotten all the bolts. i thought maybe the halves were corroded shut so i used chisels to break it apart. only after i cracked the shit out of it did i realize there were two small thru bolts holding the fucker together. i thought they were for a little plate that holds a tube down.

Well, now you know never to use a chisel to separate crankcase halves even if all the bolts are out.

thats not gore, thats what my desk looks like, i do this with every chinese bearing/ used linear rail/ballscrew i buy
