tract
Sell it and probably have enough to for a new car if it's a decent tractor.
>>1199214
Leave it in neutral on a slight slope and go lay behind the tire
>>1199240
It's actually a really good way to do insurance fraud.
>Drive up hill
>Put it in neutral
>Pull handbrake
>Get wife to sit in tractor
>Lie with knees raised and legs under the wheel
>Tell her to release the handbrake
>Breaks both your legs and goes crashing through fence on the bottom of the hill
Then go to hospital 2 hours later, and before you know it you have a nice pay packet of 100k and a steady income for the rest of your life, even better if your legs heal just enough to be functional but qualifying you for disability.
Now go sell the farm and use the money plus your pay packet to buy a house in the suburbs.
That's a lot of city and suburban cucks in this thread.
>>1199214
Can you be a little more vague? What kind of tractor?
>>1199263
>Not having a farm job whilst living in the suburbs and owning 5 acres to fuck around in.
>>1199295
>Can you be a little more vague? What kind of tractor?
Are you new? Half the threads are joke threads to see how silly they can be and yet stay up.
>>1199309
This board is the absolute worst when it comes to what gets banned and what doesn't. I get banned within 3 minutes of making a work boot thread while countless "oops wrong board" and joke threads stay up.
Really saturates my sundried tomatoes.
>>1199328
>Really saturates my sundried tomatoes.
Obviously
How many more threads are you going to whine about it in?
>>1199330
Am I really over using it that much?
>>1199337
No-one like whiny bitches. No-one is interested in your super unfair ban.

As someone with a meyal playe in his foot and could qualify for dissability i highly suggest you ignore this anon.

Cannot saturate if too salty.
All boards are shit. Go to /biz and find 1 fucking non shitcoin thread.
Protip. U wont

That depends. Does it have a PTO shaft? If "yes" then pretty much anything you want to do.
I'm not sure how this is /diy/ though.
>>1199234
Or?
I just bought a Kubota BX23s
Coolest most usefull tool I evah bought.
It mows, it digs, it lifts, it tills, it scrapes, it annoys neighbors,
If it saves me a back injusry, it's worth every penny. ANYTHING you can do with a Tractor you should DO. Your body is worth it.
I Have the backhoe, (of course the 23s comes with it) land pride grapple, PTO chipper, PTO 28" rototiller, quiack attach bobcat style 48" bucket with Priahna tooth attachment, and a land pride 36" earth auger (post hole digger). and belly mower. May buy bush hog or flail mower soon.
>>1199971
Do you park it in your garage and how much was it?
>>1199214
Total spoonfeed question so I suggest diving under one while it's moving you mongtarded piece of leper smegma.
>>1200018
it's a joke thread gramps, to show how autistic the janitors are.
have a sandwich. go sit over there.
>>1199973
The sleeve will get yanked into the spinning shaft and wind you up around the PTO shaft. I've seen that happen in person. He lived long enough to die on the way to the hospital in the copter. That sort of trolling is banned outside of /b/.
>>1200034
We already know those cock smokers mod this place less than /b/
>>1200034
>it's a joke thread gramps, to show how autistic the janitors are.
Sorry your boot thread got deleted, thank you for your crusade even though everyone else seems to understand that the moderation on this board is perfectly fine.
>>1200042
>begging for harsher moderation on a slow easy going board
Unless of course you want everyone who yells "google it" in literally every single thread to be banned. Im all for that.
>>1200012
I park it in a shop with a 7' high roll up door but I have to fold the ROPS down (Roll bar)to get all the way in.
I t was 23k U$ OTD delivered with FEL, Backhoe and box scraper.
Last weekend I did the following: Dug out an Oak stump, dug a big hole in 30 seconds to plant a Jap maple that would have taken 1/2 hour or more by hand, mowed my back 1/2 acre of lawn/weeds. (I have 1 acre fully landscaped and 2 not landscaped, but working on it. I picked up several big boulders, and worked a little on a rock retaining wall. (I live in Sierra Nevada foothills), have unlimited fucking rocks to deal with so I've made retaining walls. The really big ones (4' to 6' diameter) for my walls were mostly moved by a real backhoe but my lil Kubota can push around a 4,000 lb 4.5 footer (its roughly round though)
The backhow and loader come off easily to attach other implements. plan to get a snow blower for next winter mebbe make some cash of BATS (Bay area Transplants) that moved to the CA highway 4 snow countryand are too weak and lazy to clear their driveways at their vacation cabins.
>>1200524
>mebbe make some cash of BATS
Make sure you get commercial insurance for it first.
>>1200524
noice, i hear you can literally do anything with a shovel
I wish i had at the very least a backhoe, but cant complain tho.
I currently have a 3000kg max rated payload(about 6600 lbs) flat trailer and a 1,5 meter weed cutter
Is paying several thousand dollars for a custom made front mounted hydraulic shovel on a 30 year old tractor worth it?? Pic related, tractor in question, 75Hp, 6 or 5 liter inline 6 diesel
>>1201164
>front mounted hydraulic shovel
Make sure you don't dig with it, it'll crack your axle since the tractor is not designed for that kind of load.
>>1201200
the shop in charge of mounting the shovel somehow mounts it in the chassis tho, not the axle as i wrongfully implied
Anyway i dont think ill do it, its too old to be exposed to such task, as it loses oil by the outer crankshaft bearings, and on top of that, you may not even be able to start on a cold morning it doesn't feel like it.
I still love the thing to death, and the perkins engine inside is bulletproof

See http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/century-branson/352439-branson-warranty-troubles.html
use it as a chick magnet.
bringing this 1935 tractor home, every place I stopped, people commented on it, a couple people tried to buy it right off the trailer.
>>1201214
I have a scrap industrial loader that would fit that from a mf 50 digger, i wouldn't pay thousands for it anyway. hard to keep front axle bearings in the mf50
>>1201507
>use it as a chick magnet.
I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say that nobody who commented on it or tried to buy it was female, or if they did comment, it was after their male companion showed his interest.
Girls who love ancient tractors are hard to find, but if you find one, take her home with you and do whatever it takes to make her happy.

bizraieli here, u know im real cause i can't spell it
>>1199295
Did you know you don't need to cook sweet corn? You can just eat it how it comes? And it's arguably better that way?
>>1199242
I know a lady who ran herself over with her company truck, at home in the garage, and got promoted to manager (she was a secretary).
