Been putting off an electric diddly bow for a while. Got all the electronics, piezo, wires and jacks. Even old nattery powered speakers w/amp and a few old solid brass turn buckles for wire tension. Just waiting for the right bits to inspire me to put all this in. Need to hit up thrift shops for neat old boxes or cans.

Sounds awful. But it was enjoyable to go through the process of building the thing. I might try to use real wood and buy the strings and tuning machines later on, so I wanted to become familiar with the process.

There's a bunch of things you can improvise for tuners, but none of them are as convenient as actual tuners imo.

I'm gonna try to get a cigar box build done over the weekend, will post something when it's done.
