At this point you should sand it down to bare plastic, prime and paint it with a color matching spray paint.
You can get it to where it looks acceptable

It was a paste that came in the kit (I don't know what it's called exactly). You're supposed to fill the holes with it. I overdid it and it got fucked.

I can't stop laughing. Shit seriously.... it couldn't have gone more wrong. You could have just buffed that out. If it was actually scratched through the paint, you could of just lightly feather edged with sandpaper and 1 light coat of a "icing putty" and then sanded off the excess putty so make it all smooth and uniform. Hit it with some fresh paint and it would look fine.
