hey diy,
i just got my hands on a analog IR security camera from the company eneo and wanted to test it and.
the only things that i found after some research was av to hdmi adapters and other useless crap.

Composite to coax requires a modulator

No you wont get a passive version of either

You can run composite via 75ohm coax provided it goes into composite at the other end.

on my TV one of the component inputs doubles as a composite input, so i can watch old VCRs and such.
another option is to use an old composite-to-USB digitizer, like a Dazzle.
another option is a portable DVD player with A/V inputs.
