A bench for sitting. About five feet long. Solid hickory.
Lawn chair > bench

It's an indoor bench. It'll live most of its life in in pieces in the closet, but when company comes over and I need to turn the coffee table into a dining table it'll allow more seating (I live in a two-room apartment).

Fix your fucking life man.

? I live in a city. I like it here.

Looks neat. Why not trim the legs flush with the top so nobody has to sit on them? Any reason for what appears to be two different leg angles? Is there anything reinforcing the bottom side, like to prevent splitting (in case of fat or fidgety friends)?

1. They're rounded, and don't really register that much when you sit on it. Besides, it's really designed for two people to sit in between the legs. Didn't cut it down because I liked the look.
2. Camera angle. They're both at 15 degrees
3. Nope, but it's sturdy as a fucking rock and weighs around 80 pounds.
