concrete with a steel mesh is the strongest
young concrete is much weaker than old concrete
concrete is good under compression, but terrible under tension
what are you actually asking or trying to do?

Nothing just curious.

thx

for concrete strength consult your local building code (typically 3000 psi to 8000 psi)
>>1193086
you got some concrete evidence there

this is the best I could come up with on short notice. Does this satisfy you? I aim to please, good sir.

this might be a little better.

Building code doesn't dictate the actual physical strength of concrete.
>b-b-but it's code!
I have seen mixes so shitty that 5 months later, sweeping it with a fine bristle broom removed the bleed pool and then the aggregate beneath

It gives minimum for certain structural elements (e.g. Footings). So it is a start when trying to determine concrete strengths that are widely available.
>b-b-but it's code!
You were thoroughly BTFO above. No additional response is needed
>I have seen mixes so shitty that 5 months later, sweeping it with a fine bristle broom removed the bleed pool and then the aggregate beneath
That is durability, not strength. Could be caused by many factors, most likely over working during finishing or some lazy wagecuck added surface water to make finishing easier.
Also could be exposure to chlorides, aggregate with expansive clays, improper air content with exposure to freeze thaw cycles, among many other things

Wait what? Concrete is weaker about as good as a rigid virgin plastic?

You posted fully justified text so everything you say is automatically 100% correct unless contradicted by other justified text posters.

Fiber-reinforced nylon is stronger.

Well shit, I thought this was pretty funny. Well played dad.

Granite is, by a lot. It didn't need to take so long.

We would make concrete out of solid rock if we could, but we need to be able to pour it into shapes. So we compromise and use little rocks held together by ceramic glue.
Solid granite is stroger
shipping containers are more strong than rock op.
use that for your underground bunker.
