Any OEM service manual (vehicles, more technical than Hayes)
CMOS Cookbook (digital electronics)
Pocket Ref (a wide variety of info like drill and thread sizes, adhesives, ect)
musical applications of microprocessors. i've been working on a DIY synthesizer and it contains fantastic information on the programming part and synthesis part with detailed schematics.
