I need help making this characters uniquely shaped hat.
I know i could just sew it together, but i dont want to make a costume hat, i want to make an actual replica.
I know the process for making hats using hat blanks and moulding blocks but there are no blocks with this unique shape or hat blanks with a long enough brim.

So i need to know how to make felt hat blanks and moulding blocks without wood working materials.

Any advice?

Literally linked you to hat blanks more than big enough, and the second link is Google's results for DIY foam hat blocks--operative point there being DIY, as in doing it yourself.

You are literally so fucking stupid.

Maybe OP wanted to make a hat for you and couldn't find a blank big enough for that big head of yours?

Judging by OP's reaction to me spoonfeeding him the information he asked for, I very much doubt he'll manage to make the hat, let alone one big enough for my head.
Felt stretches. Those blanks can make sombrero sized hats. If he had any initiative at all, he would have understood my first post and been well on his way to having a project going.

Instead, he'd rather play it safe and make excuses as to why it won't work, without even understanding what I showed him.

I knew OP was a stupid faggot.
