It looks like crudely cut cardboard that's been shoddily spray painted and slapped on a glove.

Try ageing it by rubbing black paint into the crevices. It will add depth.

Cuts are awfull, glue is visible, paint job is inexistant. I fear to see the soldering job.

Work with proper tools, draw the lines you want to cut on your stating material with a permanent marker. Use less glue, take pictures with a better lighting.
