2m^2 sounds small for a business...

He could build a meth lab.

Pretty much.

2*2 = 4m2

So if op said 2m2
By your logic that is
>2*2=4m2
And therefore it is
4*2=8m2
Which, by your logic, is
8*2=16m2
And that is why I interpret
2m2=2m^2 which is two square meters. Let's be consistent here.

Are you American?

not that much space you could get any big value from, plant tulips, like the many self-picking places around germany at the moment, probably get some bucks for it if you have buyer
You could plant Carolina Reaper peppers, the current world's hottest pepper. Grow around a hundred, then sell for 5€-10€ for each. Foodies and thrill seekers would buy them.

Meth shed. Or subgun assembly shed.
Build a cuckshed and rent it out to your countrymen.
Breed dogs.

Bulbs sell for a good price point and are easy to harvest / store / ship
You're never going to make any money though.
Do you have a farmers market near by?
What country / climate do you have?

Build a bird coop, sell the eggs. Quails maybe.
