The only other way to get close to doing this is to take her out clothes shopping. Take note of the cloths that fit and come back and buy them. I did this for my then gf now wife for christmas/proposal. Got her to try things on then, bought her a dress for Christmas. Tricked her into putting the dress on, then proposed. The dress was not a perfect fit (shoulder pads) so I expect your results to be similar. Since this is a b-day, just give her the original of the design and measure her that day.
