>not having a shipping container pool
Sad
guys, get out, get out now, it's a trap.
>>1164142
Seems like it'd be awkward to see people's lower halves swimming. Also no side for short people. Not regulation.
>>1164150
..make your own?
Yo do remember where you are, right?
>>1164142
How did you obtain your pic related shipping container?
>>1164150
The right side is the shallow end, apparently.
>>1164151
>unless you make your own shipping container with poor drainage, you cannot criticize mine
what a fucking baby

>manlets have a regulation that keeps them from drowning
Lel
>>1164142
LOL
My last boss tried this. When it wasn't even half full the bottom of the side busted out. They ended up digging a big ass hole, putting the container in the hole and filled around it with cement while at the same time filling the inside with water at the same level as the cement outside.
It has a diving bell in one end with a bar.

>not building the deck from pallets
>not filling it with imitation crab meat
>not parking your rave bike next to it for sweet jamz
Why live?

The difference between 5'9" and 6'2". Can't call anyone a manlet unless youre above 6'10" fag.

>Not regulation
Yes it is
>>1164142
A real home made pool is a couple of dozen hay bales and lined with builders plastic

You do know that water is clear right?
>>1164216
Nice perspective there smallfry
>>1164190
Hard to imagine that a container can take the stress...
But a cool idea anyhow!
Just remember kids, just because a forty footer costs a thousand the pool will cost more....
>>1164532
It couldn't. That is why it burst a side and drained. Which is why they decided to turn it into a shell for an in-ground pool. So long as the cement level and water level are the same, it doesn't put stress on the walls or at least not nearly as much.
I suppose if you were really rich you could also have the entire container sprayed with truck bed liner inside and outside to prevent rust and such. I'd like to know how one of those would last, but my boss sold that property. The 3 story house and pool are gone and the entire thing is just a field with a driveway.

I just walk to the sea for a swim, it's free and kept clean by the state.
Fucking plebs with pools.
Tall people can't swim without standing on the bottom? Looks like I overestimated them.

Ayyy

>kept clean by the state.

Sea/Beach whatever floats your boat..
You could have figured that yourself..
And yes the 'state' employs coast guards and cleaning company's to clean up the beaches.
3rd world country's don't maintain the beaches, I understand your confusion.

what about cinder blocks?

I'd take swimming in my own piss over fish poop any day

Being young and dumb, thinking a SC pool sounds good.
Being older and wiser, realizing a dumpster is a better way to go.
