What are some good working mats (such as one in pic) ?
It's annoying when im sketching making a drawing my paper to move because of my shitty desk, needing paper for my compass to attach below my working paper, or whatever.
Taping doesn't really work for me, because I like to adjust it when working.

i dont think you need something like on pic you posted, they are used more for cutting, but paper easily moves on them. search for some rubber mats maybe.

scotch tape is the proper way to go
